Shipping, Returns & Damaged Orders Policy

Each Homestead Paint Co. DIY kit is prepared and packaged for the specific painting design and canvas size selected.

Returns & exchanges

All DIY paint kit sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong design or size, or kits that have been opened, used, altered, or partially completed.

Damaged, defective or incomplete orders

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or with an item missing, contact Homestead Paint Co. within 48 hours of delivery. Please keep the original shipping box, packaging materials, and all kit contents while the claim is reviewed.

Damage claims may require clear photographs of:
  • the outside of the shipping box,
  • the shipping label,
  • the interior packaging,
  • the damaged item(s), and
  • the complete contents of the shipment.

Verified shipping damage or fulfillment errors will be handled with an appropriate replacement, replacement component, or refund depending on the circumstances. Homestead Paint Co. reserves the right to deny claims involving used, altered, intentionally damaged, incomplete, or improperly handled merchandise.

Shipping documentation

Orders may be photographed during packing and before shipment for quality control, carrier claims, and order documentation. Tracking is provided for shipped orders.

This policy does not limit any rights or protections that apply under applicable law or the payment provider's terms.
